The app facilitates the scheduling of cleaning sessions, allowing users to specify preferred days and times to suit their individual schedules. Additionally, it enables the creation and modification of a detailed map of the home environment, which can be tailored to include specific rooms and high-traffic zones for targeted cleaning.

Users can initiate immediate cleaning of designated areas and utilize features such as Recharging & Resuming (available on models 1000 and 2000), which ensures continuous coverage by allowing the robot to return to its base, recharge, and continue cleaning without manual intervention. For certain models, switching to VacMop™ mode provides the capability to vacuum and mop simultaneously while avoiding carpets, enhancing cleaning versatility.

The application also supports voice control functionalities compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, enabling hands-free operation. Additional features include quick access to troubleshooting guidelines, FAQs, notifications, and comprehensive Cleaning Reports (feature availability may vary by model).

Supported devices include the Shark® Connected Robotic Vacuum series (models 700, 800, 900, 1000, and 2000), requiring Wi-Fi connectivity on the 2.4GHz band.
